Country inference for availability information
When a page is requested, we transiently infer the request's country from the IP address using a local GeoIP database. We use this only to display relevant availability information and reduce ineligible requests. No third-party lookup is made, and neither the IP address nor the inferred country is retained for this purpose. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This presentation step does not determine eligibility or produce a legal or similarly significant automated decision.

各項處理目的的法律依據

Our infrastructure is hosted in Switzerland. Transfers of personal data from the EEA to Switzerland rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR. Swiss data-protection law may also apply where its territorial scope is met.
您的權利（GDPR 與瑞士 nFADP）
根據GDPR及修訂後的瑞士FADP，你可以：
- 請求存取我們持有的關於你的個人資料。
- 請求更正不準確的資料。
- 請求刪除你的資料。
- 要求限制處理、對基於我們合法利益的處理提出反對，以及要求移轉您向我們提供的資料。
