Withdrawn: Concelier vendor-connector template

Withdrawn (2026-10-04, PCD-283). Do not instantiate this predecessor template with a vendor name. Follow current hub ingestion operations using a source key and binding that the Vulnerabilities hub actually registers.

Verified against 0da1a3c784: the current registration includes redhat-csaf, suse-csaf, alpine-secdb and debian-security-tracker, alongside the other sources listed in that procedure. The retired vendor catalogue is not a declaration of current connector support. The connector architecture distinguishes implemented connectors from source policy.

The original template is preserved verbatim with its dated evidence. Its Concelier host, job trigger, configuration and CLI examples are historical and must not be used to operate the hub.

Re-verify current keys and bindings in src/Vulnerabilities/__Libraries/StellaOps.Vulnerabilities.Ingestion/ServiceCollectionExtensions.cs and its Connectors/ directory. No deployed vendor coverage is asserted by this source review.
