What happens at checkout

Paid Stella Ops plans are sold by Cleverbridge, acting as authorised reseller and seller/merchant of record. Cleverbridge is the contracting seller for order processing, payment, applicable taxes, invoicing, chargebacks and transactional refunds under its Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice.

You are leaving stella-ops.org and continuing to checkout operated by Cleverbridge. Information entered at checkout is collected by Cleverbridge for order processing, payment, tax, fraud and sanctions compliance, invoicing and refunds under its Privacy Notice.

After a successful order, Stella Ops receives the order and customer details returned by Cleverbridge for eligibility verification, licence and token fulfilment, customer support and accounting. Stella Ops performs its own supply-side sanctions and eligibility checks before issuing an access token.

Successful checkout or payment authorisation does not by itself confirm eligibility for a Stella Ops licence or credential. Provisioning remains subject to final compliance verification. Where provisioning cannot lawfully be completed, the order will be cancelled and handled under the seller-of-record's refund process.

Signed v1.0.0-RC1 images and the install bundle are both public — download and pull anonymously, no account needed.

Warranties and release status

Stella Ops Suite is currently published as v1.0-RC1, a release candidate. It is not a generally available release.

The software is source-available under the Business Source License 1.1 (BUSL-1.1). That licence states the warranty position in its own words:

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

The free tier, including the limited production use permitted by the Additional Use Grant — up to 3 environments and 999 new-digest scans in any rolling 24-hour period — is use under BUSL-1.1 and is provided on the same "as is" basis. The grant's limits are contractual terms: the product does not enforce them, and staying within them is the licensee's responsibility.

Hosting

The Stella Ops website, registry and forge are hosted in Switzerland. The software is developed in Europe. Hosting location does not establish the operator in Switzerland; the operator is Е-САЛЮШЪНС ЕООД (e-Solutions EOOD), registered in Bulgaria.

Tax

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is determined and charged at checkout by our merchant of record, based on your location and tax status.

Availability and sanctions notice

Applicable sanctions and export-control laws restrict certain supplies of software and services. To comply with those requirements and to manage circumvention risk, Stella Ops does not currently accept orders from, grant commercial licences to, issue customer-specific access tokens to, or provide managed updates or customer-specific services to the Government of Russia or Belarus, or to legal persons, entities or bodies established in Russia or Belarus.

We also decline or suspend supply where a customer, owner or controller, payer, end user, intended beneficiary, destination or end use is sanctioned or otherwise restricted. This includes Crimea and Sevastopol and the non-government-controlled areas of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts of Ukraine. It also includes other parties, destinations, end users and end uses restricted under applicable sanctions or export controls. Other restrictions may apply under applicable sanctions and export-control laws.

Public product information and documentation are available in Russian. Product supply, managed updates and customer-specific support remain subject to eligibility and sanctions screening.

Customers established elsewhere may be eligible, subject to sanctions, export-control, ownership, end-user, destination and end-use screening. Availability is not automatic.

Source availability under BUSL-1.1 is a licensing term, not a sanctions exemption. Nothing on this site should be read as confirming that Stella Ops software, in source or binary form, may lawfully be supplied to, or obtained or used by, any particular party.

General enquiries may be submitted, but we will not provide restricted software, licences, access tokens, managed updates, technical assistance or other restricted services.
