Withdrawn: Concelier GHSA connector procedure
Withdrawn (2026-10-04, PCD-283). The Concelier host, its GHSA jobs and its source-configuration procedure are retired. Use the current Vulnerabilities ingestion procedure and OSV input procedure for the sources actually configured in the hub.
Verified against 0da1a3c784: the hub’s AddVulnerabilitiesIngestScheduling registration in src/Vulnerabilities/__Libraries/StellaOps.Vulnerabilities.Ingestion/ServiceCollectionExtensions.cs has no standalone GHSA connector. It registers the current OSV connector, whose inputs are explicitly configured ecosystem endpoints. This does not promise equivalent coverage to the retired GHSA REST connector; inspect the selected input and resulting advisory evidence.
The original runbook retains its dated reconciliation notes and historical troubleshooting evidence unchanged. Its commands, hosts, keys and token procedure are not instructions for a current installation.
Re-verify with the current registration and src/Vulnerabilities/__Libraries/StellaOps.Vulnerabilities.Ingestion/Connectors/OsvSourceConnector.cs. This is source verification; no deployed source, credential or upstream was examined.
Source check: git show HEAD:src/Vulnerabilities/__Libraries/StellaOps.Vulnerabilities.Ingestion/ServiceCollectionExtensions.cs.
