Zastava Observability - Retired

Status

This observability guide is retired because it depended on Kubernetes admission-webhook and DaemonSet deployment behavior.

Stella Ops runtime observability work now belongs to the RuntimeInstrumentation host-agent direction. Future observability docs must describe Linux/Windows host-agent metrics, logs, health checks, and evidence publication without Kubernetes or Helm assumptions.
