Consolidated into JobEngine (ADR-039 D14; SPRINT_20260722_012 JOB-9, 2026-09-12). The live contract is the JobEngine dossier:
jobengine/architecture.md— §3 (job and run model), §4 (job plugins), §5.1 (/api/v1/scheduler/*routes) and §8 (runtime configuration).
Scheduler keeps scan results current: when advisories or VEX statements change, it identifies the affected images and re-evaluates them (analysis-only by default). It is served by the consolidated jobengine-web host, and its scheduler schema lives in the JobEngine family database stellaops_jobengine, migrated by StellaOps.JobEngine.Persistence.

API reference
The scheduler routes are published in the JobEngine host’s contract: jobengine/api-reference.md, generated from jobengine/openapi/v1.json. The OpenAPI conformance pack’s JobEngineConformanceFixture compares the live host against that document.
The former scheduler capture (openapi/v1.json and api-reference.md), which described the retired StellaOps.Scheduler.WebService and lacked the Task Pack, mirror, offline-seed export, compliance and Doctor routes, was archived on 2026-09-27 under docs-archive/modules/scheduler/openapi/v1.json and docs-archive/modules/scheduler/api-reference.md.
