Runtime Alignment - Retired Scanner/Zastava Kubernetes Direction

Status

This design note is retired.

It previously aligned Scanner and Zastava around Kubernetes runtime capture, Helm overlays, and admission/runtime hooks. That direction conflicts with the current Stella Ops product scope: no Kubernetes or Helm deployment support.

Replacement Direction

Runtime alignment must be redesigned around:

• RuntimeInstrumentation Linux and Windows host agents.
• Shared Agent.Core contracts.
• Digest-gated runtime evidence.
• Scanner evidence ingestion from host-agent outputs and deterministic offline fixtures.
