JobEngine Implementation Plan

Purpose

Pointer to where JobEngine work is planned and evidenced.

Active work

• Sprints under docs/implplan/SPRINT_*.md that name src/JobEngine/ as their working directory.
• Completed consolidation work (SPRINT_20260722_012) is archived under docs-archive/implplan/.

Dependencies

• docs/modules/jobengine/architecture.md
• docs/modules/jobengine/README.md
• docs/modules/platform/architecture-overview.md

Evidence of completion

• Code changes under src/JobEngine/**.
• Tests under src/JobEngine/StellaOps.JobEngine.__Tests/, StellaOps.Scheduler.__Tests/ and StellaOps.PacksRegistry.__Tests/.
• Docs and runbooks under docs/modules/jobengine/** and docs/runbooks/jobengine/**.

Notes

• Keep deterministic and offline-first expectations aligned with src/JobEngine/AGENTS.md.
