Issuer Directory — Offline Kit Operations

Audience: operators deploying Issuer Directory into air-gapped or offline environments using the Stella Ops Offline Kit.

Issuer Directory Offline Kit deployment uses signed Offline Kit assets, Docker Compose or host/service-manager startup, and the release evidence pack.

Scope: Kubernetes and Helm air-gap deployment instructions are retired. See Unsupported legacy paths.

Offline Kit checklist

  1. Verify the Offline Kit manifest and checksum files.
  2. Import Issuer Directory images into the approved local registry.
  3. Configure service credentials through the approved host secret store or Compose environment file.
  4. Start Issuer Directory through the supported Offline Kit profile.
  5. Confirm startup migrations and readiness checks complete.
  6. Record the Offline Kit hash, image digest, config hash, and health output.

Unsupported legacy paths

Do not apply Kubernetes secret manifests, run Helm upgrades, or use kubectl checks for Issuer Directory Offline Kit deployment.
