CLI Implementation Plan

Status (2026-09-26, DOC-2): there is no standing CLI implementation plan. CLI work is tracked in the active sprint files under docs/implplan/ (the only task ledger); completed sprints are archived under docs-archive/implplan/. The sprints this page previously listed (SPRINT_20260112_*_CLI_*) are archived.

Definition of done for CLI changes

• Command handlers under src/Cli/StellaOps.Cli/Commands, clients under src/Cli/StellaOps.Cli/Services.
• Tests and golden fixtures under src/Cli/__Tests/StellaOps.Cli.Tests, including the conformance tests for tenant resolution, grant parity and requested scopes.
• Command documentation under docs/modules/cli/guides/commands; every runnable example must parse (CliDocumentationContractTests).
