Console Air-Gap Implementation Tasks

Audience: Console (UI) engineers implementing air-gap surfaces in the Stella Ops web console. Tracking: DOCS-AIRGAP-57-002.

Implementation checklist for the Console air-gap experience:

• [ ] Implement the sealed badge and staleness indicators using the rules in Staleness and Time.
• [ ] Hook the import wizard to the backend once the mirror bundle schema and timeline event API are available.
• [ ] Enforce admin-only import; show a read-only view otherwise.
• [ ] Emit telemetry for imports (success/failure) and denied attempts.
