DORA Incident Taxonomy Intake

Status: ABANDONED-wrong-asset  Historical package family: eba-dora-incident-reporting-framework-4.3

This directory is retained as historical evidence for the abandoned Framework 4.3 intake lane. No EBA taxonomy package is vendored here. Engineering re-verified that EBA Reporting Framework 4.3 is not the DORA major-incident machine-validation package; it covers other reporting scopes and must not be used to flip DORA incident conformance to official EBA XSD/XBRL.

For the current completion path, see the DORA incident taxonomy completion procedure. The vendored DORA Register of Information (RoI) taxonomy lives in the sibling dora/roi/eba-reporting-framework-4.0/.

Next step

Do not add bytes to this directory. If a correct DORA incident machine package is identified later, open a new asset id, new regulatory asset record, and follow the completion procedure instead of reviving this Framework 4.3 path.
